Jersey’s flying charity, Helping Wings has been operating since 2008. We are able to offer, thanks to our volunteer pilots and sponsors not only flights around the island for local disabled and disadvantaged people but also event days as per the video of our latest day for young children on September 18th 2022.
Alongside our regular event days we also offer flying bursaries and ad-hoc flights for those unable to attend our regular days and we have a yearly event with Wetwheels. We also provide flight training for the disabled with our partner Synergy Flight Training. There is no age limit and our aim is to be as inclusive as possible.
