College Gardens Residential Development

The former Jersey College for Girls site at La Pouquelaye, St Helier has been transformed into a modern and highly desirable residential community. The landmark main building originally built in 1888 has now been restored to its former glory and helped regenerate that part of St Helier. The development provides 187 residential apartments, a mix of one, two and three bedrooms and was completed in May 2019.
