IPM coordinated and managed all aspects of the project including the appointment of the design team and contractors, managing from the design phase, through construction and handover, also undertaking client to landlord liaison and furniture procurement. Welcome to IPM Limited, Independent Project Management. IPM is based in the Channel Islands and offers public and private sector clients professional, unbiased personal and detailed attention for their infrastructure and property projects.

 

Our service is based on long term, repeat business with a select number of clients.

 

Our involvement can be at any stage in the process from early concepts, definition of requirements, business case and approval, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover of the completed facility and Post Project Evaluation.

 

All projects are managed in accordance with the approved client brief, cost plan, programme and to strict quality and Health & Safety standards.

 

IPM are qualified to act in the capacity of Health and Safety Project Co-ordinators as per the Management in Contruction (Jersey) Regulations 2016.
