Great condition despite the age.

Needs fresh deck paint and a general seasonal clean up. (See last photo)

Moored in St. Aubins. Easily seen from the boat house pier.

10hp beta marine engine. Last started in November and started no problem at all (after 6 months). If ran for a while it can overheat.

Engine oil replacement done March 2022, the filters replaced, cooling water system flushed and checked.

Replaced the engine instrument panel as previous one was cloudy and could not see anything.

Tidal flow aside goes at around 4-5 knots, it is not a motor sailor,  the engine is designed for in and out of Harbours etc but we have used it to motor to St. Catherine’s and St. Brelade’s bay from St. Aubin, (this is where it has overheated on long trips).

No issues with keel.

Was out the water in 2022 and have replaced the anode on the hull.

Hull was repainted in 2022 but has some scratches from boat next to us during storm Ciaran.

Some paint work required on deck as peeling off.

Has a fixed solar panel on deck that trickle charges the battery.

You will need a dinghy as we intend to keep that along with the aux motor for the dinghy. We plan to give up the St. Aubin harbour mooring.

Not sure on sail age but we haven’t replaced them, there was one patch applied when we got her and not touched it since but has been perfectly fine. No damage to headsail and protection cover all in place, we also replaced the main sail cover a couple of years back. Genoa or spinnaker sail and the extension boom for it.

We took out the cooker for cooler storage space. Internal condition very good.
