We are a private practice providing Chartered Building Surveying Services, formerly trading as Stephen Aylwin & Company until 2009 when the company was incorporated into ABS Consultants Ltd.

Based in St Helier, Jersey, we undertake both commercial and residential surveys/projects for the States of Jersey, commercial organisations and private clients.

At ABS Consultants Ltd we take a disciplined and entirely professional approach to meeting the requirements of our clients and providing them with value for money.

Our commerical services cover; schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidations, building maintenance assessment and analysis of building defects, project co-ordination and contract administration. Our residential services covers; building surveys, building maintenance assessment and analysis of building defects, assessment and analysis of building defects, insurance reinstatement valuations and replacement cost valuations. For any legal matters we can offer services such as; dispute resolution, schedules of condition and schedules of dilapidation. We are a friendly team, with a caring understanding of our clients’ needs.
