La Collette is one of the largest privately owned Foodservice companies in Jersey which was established in 1985, and are situated on the reclamation site at la Collette with purpose built large freezers and a fully fitted butchery unit.

We supply and distribute to a wide range of establishments – Frozen, Chilled, Ambient and butchery products in our modern fleet of temperature controlled vans.

Our extensive range of quality products is ever growing in line with changing trends and customer needs.

In 1991 La Collette Foodservice became members of Fairway Foodservice PLC, which is a group of 22 independent distributors covering the whole of the UK, Ireland and recently parts of Spain, It is the largest food purchasing consortium in the UK – enabling us to offer quality wholesale products, new product development, and better pricing for our customers.

In 2008 we became the sole suppliers in Jersey of Harmony Farm Beef.

In 2009 Guys Catering Meats joined us at La Collette, Alan and his team came with their wealth of knowledge, but sadly Alan passed away in 2011. We continue to look after his valued customers.

La Collette Foodservice has British standards accreditation so you can be assured all goods are accepted, stored and delivered to you at the correct temperature and condition. With British standards comes full training for staff in all aspects of their jobs.

We have a dedicated team of staff who have many years of catering experience so understand the needs of busy chefs and caterers and are always willing to help with any queries you may have.
