Founded in 1994 the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize has established a reputation as the UK’s most important annual exhibition of drawing, with 2022 alone receiving over 3,200 entries from 1,617 artists and drawing practitioners from 45 countries around the world.

 

The annual London based exhibition provides an important platform for artists, designers, makers and other drawing practitioners, serving as a catalyst for their careers while championing the role, breadth and value of drawing in creative practice today.

 

This years exhibition reflects a broad scope of outstanding contemporary drawing practice, including works on paper, moving image and performance - by artists and drawing practitioners at all stages of their careers, those living and working across the UK, as well as Australia, Chile, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Spain, and the USA.

 

Alongside the exhibition, ArtHouse Jersey will be running an online drawing challenge, a half-term schools drawing marathon leading to a pop-up.
