Liberation 75 Rugby Sevens

Jersey Reds hosts its inaugural 7s tournament on 25 July 2020 at Stade Santander International in St. Peter.

This first iteration of what is planned to be an annual event is in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Liberation of the Channel Islands. For this year, it will be known as "The Liberation 75 Sevens".

The make-up of the participating teams reflects our theme. We have confirmed teams from the RAF, Army, Navy, Italy and of course our own Reds team. We are finalising the remaining three teams (eight in total) and hope to have teams from France, Portugal and England involved.

Sevens is an exciting, fast-paced version of rugby and the whole day will be held at the Reds with a party atmosphere running alongside the rugby.
