The Jaguar XJR-S is a rare sporting grand tourer, fitted with an uprated, fuel injected, 6.0-litre V12 unit matched to a three-speed GM400 automatic transmission. The model boasted a claimed power output of 334 bhp, and a potential 160 mph top speed. Produced only in limited numbers this is a true collector’s vehicle.
Purchased new in Jersey in 1992, the car spent time in France, before returning to the island in 2017, when it was mechanically refreshed by a Jaguar specialist and fully repainted in the original Moroccan Red colour. In excellent condition and with only a relatively low mileage, it is currently still French-registered but will be re-registered in Jersey prior to sale.
